TERM OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms below. Please read carefully to ensure a transparent collaboration experience.
Please do not repost or reuse my artworks anywhere without explicit permission, especially do not use them to feed/train AI.

I. REQUIRED INFORMATION TO PROVIDE:
1. About the character(s):
Number of characters? Fictional/OC? Personality, backstory, overall vibe, key features to be portrayed in the artwork.
2. Reference images:
Moodboard, concept art, character design. Pose, interaction, props, accompanying objects. Specific details such as jewelry, tattoos, patterns, etc.
3. About the background (if any):
You may describe it or provide sample images or a concept you'd like to convey.
II. WORKFLOW
You send your request + full reference materials.
I review and give a quote. You deposit 50% of the artwork's price to reserve your slot. I begin the sketch.
You pay the rest after I notify you that the panting is complete.
I will update you at each step of the workflow:
*Composition sketch + mood
Sketch approval
Clean sketch + base colors
Final render
Note: The finished artwork will be delivered via a Google Drive file.
If you wish to receive a physical copy, please inform the artist at the start of the commission request.
The default canvas size is A5 — if you would like a larger size, please let the artist know in advance so the price can be adjusted accordingly.
III. TIMEFRAME & DEADLINE
Estimated turnaround time: 1-3 weeks from sketch approval.
If I need to extend the deadline for personal reasons, I will notify and discuss with you. If I miss the deadline without prior notice, you may request a 50% refund (only if the sketch stage is completed).
IV. REVISIONS
Free revisions are available during the concept and rough sketch stages.
For the detailed sketch stage, up to 3 free revisions are allowed — from the 4th revision onward, each change will cost 5% of the commission price.
During the coloring stage, 1 free revision is included.
Major revisions (changing character design, layout, pose, background...) will be priced separately, ranging from $5-$10 per request.(Revisions are only free during the concept approval and rough sketch stages.)
All revisions must remain within the original request
scope. No major layout/composition overhauls will be accepted.
V. PAYMENT
ONLY PAYPAL.
VI. REFUND POLICY
If I cancel the order:
*Due to personal reasons, health,etc.-> 100% refund
*If the client violates TOS (more than 2 times) -> NO refund.
If you cancel the order:
Before the rough sketch stage, a 100% refund is available.
After the rough sketch stage, a 50% refund is available.
No refunds are provided once the detailed sketch or coloring stages have begun.
Note: For clients who reserve a slot in advance NO refunds are provided for later stages, and clients are not permitted to use any artwork created during the commission process.
VII. USAGE RIGHTS
Artist:
Retains full ownership of the artwork and all related assets (sketches, timelapse, render, etc.).
May use the artwork for portfolio, personal PR, display purposes.
If you want the artwork to remain private, an additional 50% privacy fee is required.
Client: Allowed:
Personal printing (up to 20 copies)
Posting on social media (must use watermarked version + credit @Maimeo)
Not Allowed:
Removing watermark or claiming as your own work
Using for commercial purposes, monetization, NFT, or Al training
Tracing, editing, or giving to another artist to continue working from my art
Using sketches or WIPs for anything other than our work exchange
VIII. BINDING CONDITIONS
Clients who violate the TOS more than 2 times may have their commission canceled.
For waitlist slots:
A 50% deposit is required to hold the slot.
If you do not respond within 7 days after I contact you, the slot is considered canceled.
If you no longer want the slot, the deposit is non-refundable. (Please be certain when signing up for the waitlist - more details in the form.)
IX. SPECIAL NOTES
Highly detailed commissions (jewelry, complex designs, etc.) may incur an additional fee based on difficulty.
For commercial commissions, the price will be discussed depending on the intended use and print quantity.
Each commission is a collaborative effort: please follow the workflow and respond in a timely manner to ensure the final artwork meets your expectations.
